This was Melbourne theatre in several acts—slick tailoring, smouldering city streets, deep reds, electric pinks and one rather excellent costume change.
They ignored the rulebook and built a celebration from the things they actually love: their favourite food, favourite music, favourite colours, favourite people. A novel concept, apparently.
At the centre of all that carefully orchestrated spectacle were two old schoolmates who found one another again years later—and discovered that the right kind of love can feel strangely easy.
A little elegance. A little mischief. One hell of a party.
